BAGNO TURCO SRLS REGULATIONS

BOOKING OF SERVICES

All services must be booked in advance by paying a deposit of 50% of the cost of the service to be carried out directly at the premises of the company or using PayPal on the website www.hammam.pa.it If the customer is late, the treatment will be carried out in the time remaining, so as not to penalize the next customer. The full cost of the treatment will still be charged. Cancellation of the booking must take place by 12 noon on the previous working day, or the deposit will be lost. The deposit will be refunded through a voucher valid for one year.

GIFT VOUCHER REGULATIONS

  1. ESTABLISHING THE CONTRACT
    Gift vouchers for the services offered by the company can be purchased directly from il Bagno Turco Ltd, or online from the website www.hammam.pa.it The purchaser is issued with an impersonal Gift Voucher indicating the treatment/treatments purchased and the expiry date. By purchasing and using the Gift Voucher, the purchaser and the beneficiary accept the conditions in these regulations, which are displayed in the company’s premises and/or on the website, in their entirety.

  2. ALTERATION OF SERVICES
    The beneficiary of the Gift Voucher can alter the service and/or convert the Gift Voucher into products / services by using the prepaid value (the amount actually paid by the purchaser at the moment of purchase) and paying the difference or retaining the credit for another service or product, in line with the prices shown at the time the Voucher is used. The Gift Voucher does not give the right to a monetary refund under any circumstances. Promotions cannot be accumulated.

  3. BOOKING THE TREATMENT
    All services are subject to appointment. The beneficiary must book the treatment either in person or by telephone at the premises of the company at least a week before the expiry date on the Gift Voucher. The company will schedule the treatment on the basis of the availability of the service. If the customer arrives late, the treatment will be carried out in the remaining time, so as not to penalize the next customer. The total cost of the treatment will be charged in any case.
    Cancellation by telephone must take place before 12 noon on the working day before the day of the booking, or the treatment indicated on the Gift Voucher will be lost.
    In the case of cancellations that take place after the time limit mentioned above, the management reserves the right to evaluate the possibility of carrying out the treatment on another occasion, at its complete discretion, and this shall not be considered an obligation and cannot be demanded under any circumstances by customers who are absent or arrive late.

  4. VALIDITY OF THE GIFT VOUCHER
    The Gift Voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. If the Gift Voucher has not been used or has only been partly used and an extension has not been requested when it expires, the Gift Voucher is no longer usable. Gift Vouchers purchased with the ZODIAC PROMOTION are valid for 1 month from the date of purchase.
    If a Gift Voucher purchased with the Zodiac Promotion has not been used or has only been partly used when it expires it can be redeemed within a year from the date of expiry by paying the difference in relation to the discount applied (30% on a Turkish Bath and 20% on Massages). In this case, all the normal conditions for a Gift Voucher apply. This redeeming procedure applies to Gift Vouchers purchased with all Promotions with short validity (1-3 months) offered by the company Bagno Turco Ltd during the course of the year.

  5. TRANSFERABILITY OF THE GIFT VOUCHER
    Gift Vouchers are impersonal and can be used by the holder/beneficiary, subject to booking.
    Gift Vouchers purchased with the Zodiac Promotion are nominal and only valid if the beneficiary can demonstrate that their birthday is in the month indicated on the Voucher, except in the case of payment of the difference in relation to the promotion applied.
    The management cannot be held responsible in the case of loss or theft of the Gift Voucher.

  6. REFUNDS FOR GIFT VOUCHERS
    Gift Vouchers are not refundable and cannot be converted back into money.
    Gift Vouchers can be converted into other services/products (see point 2) and can be used by other beneficiaries (see point 5).

  7. PROROGA DEL BUONO REGALO
    Gift Vouchers can only be extended once before their expiry date and for a maximum period of 12 months upon payment of 50% of their equivalent value in money according to the current price shown in the premises of the company. Important: if an extension has not been requested before the first expiry date, the Gift Voucher loses its validity and cannot be used again. Customers who find that they are unable to make use of the service are advised to consider altering the service (see point 2) or transferring the Gift Voucher (see point 5)

  8. PRIVACY
    The person who purchases a Gift Voucher with the Zodiac Promotion is responsible for the inclusion and processing of the personal data of the person to whom it has been given. When purchasing the Gift Voucher, the purchaser unreservedly accepts this condition. By purchasing and booking a service, the customers (purchaser and beneficiary) confirm that they are aware of data processing in line with the Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, n. 196 “Code on the subject of the protection of personal data” and the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679), which is displayed in the premises of the company and can be viewed or downloaded on the website of the company, and by making use of the services of the company il Bagno Turco Ltd they give unconditional consent for the processing of their personal data.

REGULATIONS FOR SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES

  1. ESTABLISHING THE CONTRACT
    A subscription to the services offered by the company can be purchased at il Bagno Turco Ltd, or online on the website www.hammam.pa.it. Payment for the subscription must be made in full at the moment of purchase.
    The subscription service will be managed by the company il Bagno Turco Ltd, which will keep an account of the treatments as they are provided as part of the subscription. The customer retains the right to verify the state of the subscription at any time. Any complaints must be made at the time the treatment is received.
    When purchasing the subscription, the customer fully accepts the conditions of these regulations, which are displayed on the company’s premises and/or on the website.

  2. ALTERATION OF THE SERVICES
    The management reserves the right to grant any alterations requested by the customer in relation to the services at its complete discretion, and the customer cannot make any demands in relation to the alteration of the services to which they have subscribed, or their exchange for other products, apart from possible supplements to the price in line with the price list in use at the time of the request.

  3. BOOKING THE TREATMENT
    All services are subject to booking. The subscriber must book the treatment at the premises of the company by telephone, at least a week before the expiry date of the subscription. The company will book the treatment on the basis of the availability of the service. When booking the service, the subscriber may indicate another beneficiary / other beneficiaries for the service on subscription. If the customer arrives late, the treatment will be carried out in the time remaining, in order not to penalize the next customer. The total cost of the treatment will be charged in any case. Cancelation by telephone must be carried out by 12 noon on the working day before the booking, or the services booked will be lost and the subscriber will be charged in any case. In the case of cancellations made after this time limit, the management reserves the right to evaluate possible recuperation of the service on subscription on another occasion at its complete discretion, but this cannot be considered and obligation and customers cannot demand anything if they arrive late or are absent.

  4. VALIDITY OF THE SUBSCRIPTION
    A subscription to the services offered by the company is valid for a year from the date of purchase. Upon expiry, the subscription ceases to have any validity even if the services indicated on the subscription have not been used or have only been partly used.
  5. PRIVACY
    A person who purchases services on subscription authorizes the inclusion and processing of their personal data in the company’s management database and is responsible for the addition and processing of the personal data of any person for whom they book a service. By purchasing a subscription, the purchaser unreservedly accepts this condition.
